TROA through it's nomination to the Tasmanian Thoroughbred Racing Council is able to input into the decision making processes of the industry those matters effecting owners.
TROA puts forward submissions to the TTRC in the support of matters of interest and concern to racehorse owners.

In the past few months TROA has worked closely with the TTRC in addressing the difficulties associated with the Equine Influenza outbreak and the impact it had on Tasmanian racehorse owners.
